General Management 팀은 Board of Directors(의사회)에서 법과 정관에 의거하여 결의된 사항에 따라 그룹을 경영하며, Executive Committee의 총체적인 조정 및 실행을 위한 결정에 따라 그룹의 전략을 수립합니다.

이사회는 Benoit Potier회장을 중심으로 그룹의 활동 방향을 결정하며, 그 성과를 검토합니다.

이사회는 사외이사 8인을 포함하여 11인으로 구성되어 있습니다.

• 변동사항 관리
• 인적자원 전략
• 개발 계획
